NLP & Graph Datatón
The data is back… and this time it speaks its own language. We’re launching our second Datatón, this time with a fascinating theme: Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the relationships between nodes in a graph. We’ll be working with real data from Talent Hackers in an event co-sponsored by Santander Consumer Finance Global Services, exploring how artificial intelligence can read, interpret, and generate human language.
In this edition, we’ll be supporting Talent Hackers, a recruitment platform that combines crowdsourcing, artificial intelligence, and big data to streamline the talent search and selection process.
If you’re curious about discovering the potential of text as a source of insight, this is your moment.
Will you take on the challenge?

Challange and Data
The data and the challenge are provided by Talent Hackers.
Talent Hackers is a recruitment platform that combines crowdsourcing, artificial intelligence, and big data to streamline the search and selection of talent. Its innovative approach allows anyone to recommend candidates for job openings and receive a reward if the candidate is hired, promoting a collaborative recruitment network.
It uses AI algorithms to analyse professional profiles, identify success patterns, and match candidates to companies more accurately and efficiently. Additionally, it features an advanced recommendation system that suggests ideal candidates for each position, optimising selection and improving the experience for both companies and applicants. Talent Hackers also processes large volumes of data to predict labour market trends, enhance recruitment processes, and reduce hiring times—especially in the tech sector.
Although the challenge will be revealed during the competition, the main theme will be NLP (Natural Language Processing) applied to Talent Hackers data.

Success was measured not only by the quantity and quality of the proposed use cases, but also by their ability to communicate solutions effectively, demonstrate advanced knowledge of analytics and machine learning, and present actionable, high-impact models.
Winning team (Bag of Nodes):
– Jose Daniel Menendez Hernandez
Use data to analyse, identify, and clearly explain the main findings.
