To view your certificate, type your 10-character code (no spaces or dashes) into the search field and press “Search Certificate.”
If your code is valid, the PDF will load right on the page; if not, you’ll see a “Certificate not found” message.
Make sure you enter exactly the ten letters and numbers shown on your document.
